- [1] An extension to file an appeal as on July call over date I was institutionalised in psychiatric hospital.
- [2] His District Court Honour said "A Restraining Order is not appropriate in the circumstances,however there is nothing else available." Her/His Honour Supreme Court must make a precedentthat allows a complaint or different type of order to be issued in grievance not involving restraining.[3} Her/His Supreme Court Honour must set aside the Restraining Order and Break and Enter Chargeas Alexander Marcel Andre Sebastian Barker Bailiff as resident has got it through window of residencehe pays to live in spare room for 6 months as he does not have a spare key as his mother is psychotic.[4} Her/His Supreme Court Honour must upon reading NSW Police Report of 7/12/85 make NSW Road &Maritime Services financial liable for every cost incurred by all people injured and killed on poor cam bah.Due to "superelevation in road being incorrect as road was designed for 30 years ago when speed limit waslower as road was designed for 30 years ago when speed limit was lower." Call a NSW Judicial Commission.[5] His Honour Chief Justice Terrence Higgins found "NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF MENTAL IMPAIRMENT."As Mental Impairment is very severe brain damage occurred on 7/12/85 in a Motor Vehicle Accidentwhere "Super Elevation in the road is Incorrect as the road was designed 30 years ago when the speedlimit was lower", I would ask Her/His Honour make an order ensuring all criminal allegations since 7/12/85be cleared from all criminal records in Australia after 7/12/85 and I would ask Her/His Honour clear allPsychiatric Records in Australia since 7/12/85 and replaced with drstpehenallnutt.blogspot.com.au,professorsusiehayes.blogspot.com.au and drjohnmcmahon.blogspo.com.au.
